I understood stress as being unwanted pressures that can lead you too unwanted health problems. I will say, “yes” that’s not all true. My understanding is a little deeper in the understanding of it. I will say that stress is unwanted or wanted stress the magnitude of the degree of stress is either good or bad. Good stress comes to you in many forms but the good stress I am talking about is just taking pain pills, washing your body, or feeding your self. It is all stressful but the magnitude is less server then bad stress. To me, bad stress is overeating, yelling, or not taking your pills. The magnitude of bad stress is much higher than good stress. I know we all have stress but if we are supposed to get stressed can we get good stress more often then bad stress? I say that because of the magnitude for good stress is much less for us than bad stress!
