My balance got so bad this summer I could not walk across a parking lot with out either support from my daughters or a cart. I can not ride a bike anymore due to balance, however I do go to the gym and ride the stationary bike/spin bike. I started back at spin last week and to my surprise my ability to balance came back. Parking lots alone are not an issue again. Has anyone else experienced this? I use to workout on the spin bike to lose weight but now I do it every other day to be able to walk.
Great to hear! I also go to a gym 4 times a week. I always use a bike to get my blood flowing but it’s always the recumbent bike with the back rest and not the upright bike.
I have a recumbent bike. I want to try to use it again. Thanks for the motivation!
