I sometimes experience a little numbness (feels like your foot is asleep) is that normal or not = will it get worse?
You know what I go thru periods of numbness. Infact I have been right now too. I don’t see it as a forever thing. I massage it alot to bring more blood flow into it and over time it has gotten a little better I think. That encourages me and tells me I just need to try diffrent approaches . I think my body actually starts reacting better when I give it more attention and try to find out what it’s telling me it wants and needs.
