Insurance question

#1

3 yrs. ago I had blood tests that I thought would identify the cause of my Cerebellar Ataxia. My neurologist said the results didn't tell him anything. And, I was hit with a $600 bill that Medicare wouldn't pay.My supplementary insurance came to the rescue, but I am afraid of what rigamarole I might have to go through if I have further testing. Any thoughts from retirees in the U..S?
