treatment coverage

What sorts of treatments for Ataxia do you guys find your Health Insurance willing to cover? Some Worldwide Medical Insurance companies offer Affordable Health Insurance with all sorts of benefits. Others are resistant to covering anything that would hint of experimental. If you all have recommendations, would you please advise. Any tips or advice welcome.
