The first thing my neurologist asked about was my blood sugar level. That is the only blood work she requested. Which suggests to me that going off sugar may help? I was so stunned at my diagnosis…Continue

Another tip I have on natural meds is Remedy spray when you get upset. It helps calm you down. I used to use a few sprays under my nose or on my shirt before an MRI which really helped me stay calm.
I also use a squirt some on my dogs cest when she gets freaked out, and it helps her be more calm. :0)
I just thought I'd pass this allong so someone could try it.
When I tend to get stiffer or my mucles either cramp up of just plain hurt I find that I run to ARNICA gel/cream and slather it on where it hurts really hard to where it kinds hurts, not lightly because I want to get the gel into layers of my body. Sometimes if it's really bad I'll do it a 2nd time after it dry's but I love this stuff! I try not to use it for everything but it's sooo tempting. This works for me.
I keep one in the car glove box in case the kids (or me) bump a knee etc so I apply it lightly in that case so it won't bruse.
I've taken Arnica pills (very little desolve under the tung) before a surgery so I won't bruse. It works! :0) check this out even generic form works great. I've gotten it on Amazon, or health food store like Whole Foods!

Tip: After taking a shower make sure you sit down before drying your feet! Do not attempt towel drying your feet while standing up and bending over! (lesson learned! lol!)
