OOps - you do know I meant 'Blog' right?

Well, my typing is getting worse. I know I often miss keys or hit the wrong one, so I usually read back and correct error. :)

Good, he doesn't explain what any of the exercises were though to help others reading it.

I'll have to do research on Biomechanics and see if I can work out what he might have been told to do.
